Background information
The Ghana Civil Society Aid Effectiveness Forum was established in May 2007 to mobilize Ghanaian civil society to engage with and influence the 2008 High Level Forum (HLF) that will be held in Accra to review the Paris Declaration on international development aid. The forum would also provide secretarial support to the International Civil Society Parallel Conference on aid effectiveness.
