Grantee Narrative Reports
Reporting by beneficiaries of the G-rap Fund is done on a bi-annual basis
using standard formats. The formats have been designed in line with the
logical framework, generating a wealth of relevant data not only for
monitoring but also for research.
Programme Management makes
bi-annual compilations
of the reports, thus providing a quick overview of output relating to
specific themes or issues in the Ghana policy and governance environment.

G-rap Fund Financial reporting
Grantees submit bi-annual financial reports using a standard format. As
G-rap provides core support (as opposed to project support), Grantees need
to report on the total income of the organisation. Compilations of
financial report findings and recommendations are prepared bi-annually
and submitted by Programme Management to the donor group supporting G-rap.
Findings and recommendations are used to monitor compliance with agreed
standards and benchmarks, obviously, but also for identifying a potential
need for additional coaching inputs, which is sometimes necessary in order
to come from a "project grant" to a "core grant" type
of financial management systems and reporting.
In order not to
derange processes of financial/administrative coaching of beneficiaries by
G-rap management, access to the financial reports is restricted. We do,
however, adhere to the principle of transparency and motivated requests for
access to financial reporting information will be taken into consideration.
