Explanatory note on reporting and on accessibility of data

Programme Management Narrative Progress Reports
Initially, Programme Management reported its progress on a quarterly basis to its governors, the Advisory Board and Funders Committee. In 2006, it was decided by the governors that the intensity of reporting had been useful for the complex inception period, but could be changed to bi-annual.

Reporting is done against the Logical Framework, a "living document", which was revisited in 2005 and will be amended once again before the end of 2007 to reflect findings and recommendations of the Mid-term Review. Progress reports are disseminated in printed format to immediate stakeholders of the programme and on request. Copies can be downloaded at this website.
