G-rap Young Professionals Gender Forum

On 17th November 2010 a forum, organised by the Ghana Research and Advocacy Programme (G-rap), was held at the Airport West Hotel, Accra on the theme “Gender Mainstreaming for Professional and National Development: Ensuring Relevance, Intervening Holistically and Gaining Traction”

Papers were presented by professional women working in a variety of fields highlighting the gender-related issues associated with their particular profession, and the prospects for achieving gender equality.
